At Tortilla we start with great ingredients, from there we add hard work, a clear vision, and innovation. What we end up with is a dining experience that is not only unique, but also memorable. We aim to burst people’s perceptions of food truck dining.
The idea of Tortilla was born when Walter and Gustavo began hitting the streets, serving Mexican food out of a food trailer. They knew that allowing people to customize their meal options, giving fast and friendly service, and serving food out of a truck that was better quality than many restaurants, they would gain success.
We have swiftly, yet conservatively, grown our organization. We currently have three Food trucks operating full-time year round and a seasonal restaurant in Downtown Columbus. We serve customers daily from our mobile units, attend city wide events, and cater private functions.
